Everything you need to know about pickup timing, quantities, substitutions, and how the reserve form sends your request to MonkeyMike.
How does the reserve form work?
It is an inquiry, not a checkout. You pick your goods and quantities, choose a pickup market day, then send your name and email. MonkeyMike confirms within 48 hours, sets the items aside with your name on them, and you pay when you collect them at the stand.
When can I pick up my order?
Every product card shows the next available pickup dates. On the reserve form, quick-pick chips fill in the date and location for upcoming market days. Held items are kept until the end of that market day. If you miss it, reply to the confirmation email and we will try to hold them for the next stop.
Are there minimum quantities?
No fixed minimum. Because everything is made in small batches from salvaged materials and home-grown herbs, quantities are limited by what is currently in stock. Some one-off or limited-run items may cap at one or two units per customer.
What about substitutions?
Upcycled goods and herbs are naturally variable. Sage bundles may be fat or slender, salve scents follow the latest harvest, and candle vessels come from whatever rescued glass is on hand. If a requested item is unavailable, MonkeyMike will email options before pickup. You can always remove an item from the reservation if the substitute does not suit you.
